"I was told that my reservation wasn’t made and I couldn’t stay. Since it was late, I had no choice but to stay at a hotel that charged three times the price. Was it the hotel’s fault or Expedia’s fault? If there was no reservation, how could I write a review?"

"We really enjoyed our quick stay at The Orchid Retreat in Agra, India! I was surprised how close we were staying to the Taj Mahal, as we were able to walk there to get in line & buy tickets in advance online. The staff were so timely, friendly, & helpful with Taj arrangements and information. The rooms were well maintained and cleaned nicely. The food was very nice.
