"I am disappointed that when I reached the hotel to check in I was told I that they didn’t have my reservation and they have no rooms. I had to request and prove to them that I had reservations. I had to wait for three hours before the room was made available. Expedia's may want to check why the reservation was not available with the hotel. Staff members were helpful to accommodate but this situation should not have happened to begin with. I would like Expedia to address this so future guests...
