"The property is excellent and perfect for larger groups. Rooms are spacious with large clean toilets. The kitchen utensils were sufficient for short-term needs and comfortable for travellers from other countries. Host is very responsive and professional. There was parking for 2 cars and host allowed sleeping spaces for the drivers with additional payment which was peace of mind. "I have travelled a lot and on that basis I am giving this feedback. It was a poor stay at Neerja Niwas. I had made full payment at the time of booking for 5 adults and 1 child and it was understood that there was no extra payment needed as there was nothing mentioned in the terms and conditions, however ,only on the day we were to arrive, owner asked to pay for the extra bed Rs.2000 , this was not mentioned upfront .
