"Hated all of it every second . The 1st night bad room . There are no windows smelt of damp. Moved rooms not much better no windows in both . Never cleaned our room once . I had to get towels, toilet rolls. Empty our own rubbish . Went to 2 hotels 4 star to try booking there they were full. Could not wait to leave . Breakfast waiter asked for tip. I said ive asked for porridge you cant be bothered, im not giving tip . Varanasi great place . Never would recommend this hotel to know one it was...

"Plus - Most of the staffs are very friendly and helpful (except one guy, he is a tourist cheater..was forcing me to go to his friends shop to buy sarees and cheated me lots of money) - Handy location, everything is walk able Minus - I booked the room for 3 adults and I was given 1 large bed and 1 small bed and photos show them as well by the wesbit. Where as when we went to the hotel we were given with very small room with 1 twin bed and 1 extra bed on the floor. I couldnt sleep on the floor...

"ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! They gave me a room that looked a dungeon basement and smelled of mold. Water dripping from the ceiling and NO WIFI THERE. Instead of giving me a better room I had to pay 50% NORE to get a somewhat “sleepable” room. NO AC AT ALL. I will NEVER EVER stay here again. While my train was late I got there at 2am I wasn’t even offered water (I would’ve paid!). Also YOU CANNOT FIND THE PLACE!! I had to pay a taxi; then a bicycle tour guide AND a police officer to help me locate...
