"The location of the hotel on the ghats is excellent - though be aware that the atmosphere can be smoky at times as the cremation grounds are not far away. I got absolutely what I paid for. "Plus - Most of the staffs are very friendly and helpful (except one guy, he is a tourist cheater..was forcing me to go to his friends shop to buy sarees and cheated me lots of money) - Handy location, everything is walk able Minus - I booked the room for 3 adults and I was given 1 large bed and 1 small bed and photos show them as well by the wesbit. "First time trying Ramada and me and my kids enjoyed the stay. Will stay again if we come to kasi. WiFi was poor inside the rooms and hence my daughter had to go to the lobby to work on demand. "ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! They gave me a room that looked a dungeon basement and smelled of mold. Water dripping from the ceiling and NO WIFI THERE. Instead of giving me a better room I had to pay 50% NORE to get a somewhat “sleepable” room. NO AC AT ALL. I will NEVER EVER stay here again. While my train was late I got there at 2am I wasn’t even offered water (I would’ve paid!). Also YOU CANNOT FIND THE PLACE!! I had to pay a taxi; then a bicycle tour guide AND a police officer to help me locate...
