"Ate food at the Thai restaurant and the Pad Kha soup was expensive and unappetizing. It was full of lemon grass stalks and galagan root. I got both in every bite. When I pointed it out, they said this is how it is supposed to be. I’ve had the soup many times before at various places but never this bad. At the end of my not so good meal, they wouldn’t let me charge it to my room. They had to send someone with me to my room to collect the payment. Since when did this rule start?"

"Clean and beautiful rooms, excellent staff- all the way from front to the back of the house, staff was excellent and did everything to ensure our stay comfortable. Breakfast Buffet is great. Airport shuttle available upon request (paid). Pawan kumar helped us. Everyone is exceptional and it’s a great location as it falls in middle of many sight seeing places.
