"We had a room with river view which was lovely. Air conditioner worked well and also had a fan. Hotel staff extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. "Abhijeet, the manager was unfailingly courteous and friendly and provided superb service. The area around the hotel is blocked off to taxis and is on a pedestrian lane and he was gracious enough to send a porter to meet my Rick Shaw to guide me to the hotel. "Although a little further away from the obvious tourist drawcards of Agra than we first realised, we were welcomed by the most endearing family who lived on the property and served as the caretaker/security staff. Perhaps one of our deepest experiences where a complete lack of our native English language,was more than made up for by the sincerity that the family showed. The property itself is very new ,but very secure and as long as you factor in transport via taxis etc is a lovely clean place....
