For the dated building conditions, Statler was for sure overpriced. It’s sad at a supposedly reputable, remarkable, historical hotel that’s associated with world’s renowned hotel hospitality school, the stay was nothing but disappointing. Our past stay at the beautiful Williams Inn when visiting Williams College was pleasant and most rewarding, an experience unmatched by Statler’s stay.

The services are impressive; the staffs are knowledgeable and professional, and the location is very convenient if you want to stay overnight in campus. We had a room with perfect tower view, everything is clean and well maintained. The hotel provides sustainable water bottle and reduced wastes by cutting down one-time use items. Highly recommended.
