"We had a super relaxing stay. We were looked after superbly by all staff bar one. She barge in the lift and went up despite our lift travelling downwards. The hotel is now 20 years old and shows in some places but this did not detract from the opulence and service with a smile. The bedding and bed was pure luxury. Looking forward to returning!"
