"Clean and great staff. Has limited schedule shuttle service (not luxury service) to The Mall of Emirates and Kite Beach which gives an added plus to the hotel. Location wise, with the price, I think other hotels downtown would be better for first timer in Dubai."

"Very conviniently located (20 min to Burj Khalifa, 15 min walk to Dubai Mall and other nearby attractions and 15-30 min drive to a number of other major attractions), Very clean rooms and excellent overall facilities - swimming pool and a shisha bar on the second floor, lovely kitchen and very attentive staff in ground floor, reception and admin staff are very very helpful and friendly. Easy to get public transports and also Taxis (Careem, Hala, Uber or private) Breakfast has Indian options...

"Palace Downtown was an excellent hotel for our family over Christmas. Every detail was so thoughtful and the location can not be beat.
