We rented an electric bike to take to a Cenote, and back to Tulum for shopping and lunch … that was so much fun! The only thing was the beach restaurant was very expensive … BUT … the food was great! "I loved this hotel. I stayed in Villa 10 with a private patio and a plunge pool. The room was spacious, everything worked and having the private patio with the pool was so nice. One thing: if you’re going to get a room with a plunge pool, keep in mind that there are a lot of trees around and while the staff does its best to keep things clean, there will be leaves in the pool (including the big pool) especially when it gets windy. With all the greenery, keeping stuff out of the pool is an exercise in futility so it shouldn’t be something to complain about. The staff is so nice and whenever I needed something, it was done. The one thing I would change about the suite I was in: it would be nice to have a small table in the living area. There’s a stove and a fridge but nowhere to put food on. Same for the patio, a side table for the lounger would be nice. The breakfasts were great. I don’t understand the complaints about small portion sizes. Everything I had was more than enough. The rooftop bar is great at sunset and service is excellent. Same for the restaurant and the bar by the main pool. The reception and cleaning staff are great. I needed a relaxing vacation and this place delivered just that mostly thanks to the great staff. For the surrounding area, it was so nice to have a huge supermarket across the street and so many great restaurants walking distance. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe walking around. "

"It was a beautiful hotel, very minimalistic, but had every thing that you needed. The pool was fantastic. Really love that it was open till 10 and food was walking distance as well as drinks and a party. If that’s the mood you’re in. We will definitely be back the area felt safe the people were authentic. Great experience, but my biggest compliments go to the staff. They were absolutely fantastic. We will be back next year😉"
