But I can say it’s clean, it’s quiet, it’s trustworthy and nice… but I can Garuntee you you won’t find better hotel staff. Hang Pham was the nicest and helpful hotel staff I’ve ever had an I travel everywhere. She had so many great suggestions. She made our trip better. "

"Loved our stay here! The solaria is the perfect spot for a trip to Hanoi, highly recommend staying here. Lily was particularly memorable. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. She was fantastic. The service from other staff was amazing. They are very friendly. They all speak English well, making it easier to communicate as a tourist. Location is perfect, easy to walk to all the good spots in the old quarter. The rooftop bar is lovely and Johnny was very energetic. We did hear some street noise but that is unavoidable in Hanoi, and Friday nights there is live music on the rooftop bar. The hotel also packed us a breakfast/lunch for our trip to Sa Pa when we checked out very early in the morning. Definitely recommend staying here! "

"The property was perfectly located in the old quarter with most things easily within walking distance - and when you do get tired, just jump a grab. The only thing we didn't realize in advance is that the pool is heated - not a cool pool to use at the hot times."
