"We have been to number of all inclusive hotels and this was the best one we have experienced. The food was excellent (all inclusive) and although the hotel was a little dated it was spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We weren’t there with smaller children, but there were fun activities laid in for them in one area of the pool. We were only there 5 days so didnt really do any exertions but there seemed a lot on offer - definitely enough to occupy you for 2 weeks....

The tv reception was poor on ocassion. Our main issue, was the NOISE, situated close to the Hard Rock Cafe, the room should have sound proof windows!! "I booked my daughter & I into this hotel for 3 nights, long story, but I had to fly out to Tenerife because she broke her leg; the staff in this hotel were brilliant with our needs; they leant us a wheelchair, and saw to all our needs & gave us a courtesy room while we waited for our taxi after checking out. It’s a lovely clean, warm & friendly hotel, all the staff are were accommodating. The pool area is brilliant too. I would say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in."

"It is a lovely hotel with great facilities for adults. The check-in was very good and lovely helpful staff. Our junior suite was a great size with a balcony overlooking the pool. "This is an amazing small hotel inside the big hotel. All the amenities are beautiful with an impeccable service. All rooms are overlooking the ocean.
