Great location. Close to the beach, lots of restaurants, the bus stop, and a grocery store. The kitchen had everything necessary to make basic meals. Spacious bathroom and living area. The patio is nice to have coffee on in the mornings. The pool has happy hour which we liked. Overall great value for your money.

Hotel a bit tired but very clean with regular linen changes. Disappointed pool bar/restaurant fairly limited hours. No aircon a slight issue at this time of year but must be very bad in mid summer. Staff all very nice.

Room was ok, beautiful view of the ocean. No air con or fan so very hot in the room. Noise all day from neighbouring hotel then noise all night from people walking past bedroom. Only 2 plug sockets in whole apartment. Good location for the beach and Veronica's strip.

We had some items delivered to the hotel in advance and contacted them to arrange. They were very willing to assist and accommodate this. When we arrived, for some reason hotels.com had told them we were travelling with an infant, which we found amusing for my 13 year old to have to sleep in the cot they had set up for us. However, this was no problem, they got maintenance to come and take down the cot and sent extra bedding up. This is the second time we’ve stayed here, convenient for the beach and Siam park, local shops and restaurants nearby. Lovely pool which is well used but clean. Some reviews say this is a basic hotel and noisy at night. The hotel isn’t noisy, the clubs on Tenerife beach are - if you want something quiet book somewhere further away from the beach. It is basic, but excellent value for money, and there is everything you need for a lovely holiday. We managed to cook a full evening meal with the equipment there. We’ll certainly be staying there again!

Konnten das Hotel zuerst gar nicht finden da sehr schlechte Beschilderung draußen, Zugang über Parkschranken/Parkplatz. Zimmer sehr finster, man hört am Nachmittag alles vom Pool durch. Pool schließt ausserdem schon um 16:00 Uhr. 150€ Kaution wurden nur auf Hinweis beim Check out zurück überwiesen.

Hallo miteinander, wir haben das Hotel gebucht da unser Rückflug gestrichen wurde und auf den nächsten Tag verschoben wurde. Nach dem Check-In gingen wir zu Zimmer 606. Was uns dort erwartet hat war schrecklich! Am Boden lag benutzen Klopapier und uns kamen 2 Kakerlaken entgegen. Daraufhin haben wir das Zimmer verlassen und sind aus gecheckt. Die Mitarbeiterin hat uns ausgelacht und wollte uns nach mehrmaligen auffordern die ca. 80€ für die Nacht nicht zurückzahlen mit der Begründung: „Der Aufenthalt wurde ihnen zugesichert“ Unglaubliches Verhalten zudem ist das Problem mit Ungeziefer bekannt. Synes stedet gir god "value for money" i forhold til prisnivået i området syd på Tenerife. Hotellet hadde trengt en oppgradering, men fungerer. Hyggelig, imøtekommende og behjelpelig betjening i resepsjonen, er en god hjelp for eierne. Vi var der i 5 uker og har bestilt for 3 nye uker i 2025.

Et helt OK hotell, med god beliggenhet
Hotellet er helt fint å bo på. Veldig hyggelig resepsjon. Vil karakterisere hotellet som middels bra. Wi-Fi funket dårlig på rommene. En router eller 2 på den siden terrassene er, hadde hjulpet bra. Kokeplater var lite effektive. tok minst en halv time på å koke egg til frokost

Slitt, men helt ok
Flott beliggenhet i Las Americas med forholdsvis kort avstand til stranda. Kort vei til shopping og restauranter. Et gammelt og slitt hotell med svært hyggelige ansatte. Renhold kunne vært bedre. Det føltes som om vaskerne hadde for kort tid til vask av leilighetene og dermed kun overfladisk renhold. Hyggelig bassengområde
