"Brilliant stay at the hard rock hotel. 3 pools to choose from, manage to get a lounger no problem. Breakfast was brilliant and you could get a mimosa as you came in to breakfast which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the singers that were on in the evenings, particularly the Queen tribute band. This hotel is a bit further out but we got a taxi for about 22 euros into las americas one night. Check out staff were helpful and stored our luggage and let us keep the towel card until we were leaving. On check in they tried to charge us but we had already paid on Expedia, the manager sorted this and said it was an error on their systems, worth having your booking confirmation handy in case of any issues. We loved our stay! "

"Despite the large size of the property, the grounds were clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our room (489) was excellent and we would request it in the future. Dining was everything promised. The seafood was excellent. Sea salt-encrusted sea bass is a MUST! We had a minor issue that one of the property managers, Manuel more than addressed. He promptly corrected the matter and extended a beautiful, private seating with the sunset in the background with champagne and rose pedals all around us. Great property and great location. We will be coming back to Ritz, Abama. "

"The main problem with Finca Eden is that, once you are there, you never want to leave. It is a location that you will never forget. And you will never experience more attentive or friendly hosts than Cheryl and Paul. Nothing was too much trouble. They manage to achieve the ideal mix of being available (as they live on site) but never intrusive.The villa is very homely and has everything you could possibly need for a vacation, down to the finest detail.We really appreciated the homemade jam and chutney on arrival (delicious) as well as tea, coffee, milk and water. And eggs from their own chickens.We also really enjoyed our time in the heated pool and in the comfortable seating around the deck area.Overall, the week was a great experience and we very much hope to return in the not too distant future."

"Great relaxed hotel that serve breakfast until 11:30. Yoga and Pilates most days and Racquel was a great yoga teacher. Staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Free water fountains (you can also buy a reusable water bottle from the hotel) and a well equipped gym meant that we had an excellent week in the sun. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to eat in the hotel."

"This property is superb. The furniture and fixings are a little worn/ dated but there is plenty of equipment, cutlery crockery etc The roof terrace is definately its biggest asset. Its huge, well furnished, not overlooked and has great views over the coast and sea. Patrick the owner was happy to allow late check in and check out. There is a key safe on the door. I believe Patrick lives in Belguim but has maintenance and cleaners to look after the property. We got a little twitchy about check in details as they were only sent on the day we travelled but all was good. There are a total of 2 balconies and 1 roof terrace. The property is over 2 fllors. The first level is the two bedrooms bathroom and open plan kitchen and lounge.one bedroom has its own balcony. Theres another balcony with table for 4 at the base of the stairs leading to an upstairs kitchenette and the roof terrace. We used the provided electric hotplate/grill and cooked on the roof terrace most nights which was a lovely space to spend the evening with the family. Only negatives are that the second bedroom is very tight. Theres a single bed and a bunk bed which has seen better days. My 17yr old son didnt feel like using it so he used a pull out under the single bed. Personally i think 2 seperate singles and less wardrobe storage would be a better solution. The only other thing is that theres no aircon. Small fans are provided but we ended up leaving doors and balcony doors open to keep it cool enough to sleep com"
