I was hoping the bar would be a gathering spot for all the guests, but I never saw it open (appears to be by reservation?) That we were encouraged to return by 9 PM was also a bit onerous (given it is 30 minutes from the city centre), but an understandable part of the guesthouse experience."

"I don’t think it’s good value. The hotel has no lobby for guests to even sit to put shoes on and space at the hotel entrance is very cramped, narrow and crowded for even one person to walk through with any baggage. Owner only offered one tea bag a day for a two persons room. I will not consider coming back again in the future."

"Hello. I was able to extend my stay by two weeks but I had to contact the management company directly. The people were nice and the process was relatively painless. To do this through Expedia would’ve been more troublesome, I think. The part about GGH that I did not like was when the cleaning staff would come in a clean things up.
