Our room faces a busy road, noisy at night, I wear earplugs for sleep. 3 out of 6 rooms at each floor faces this street. "Love the space! With a family of 5, there is ample room for everyone and space for 4 big luggages and loads of shopping bag. I stayed for 12nights, and tne only con was that there isnt room service where the rooms get cleaned. It got a little dusty after a week and got a bit uncomfortable. But overall, great place and location. We enjoyed it. "

"Looks like this hotel has been recently renovated. Rooms are good size, has a separate toilet and bath which is rare in Japan. There's a handheld shower and deep tub for soaking. Lots of dining options, shopping and transportation nearby. The only thing that was disappointing was having to take a separate elevator from the ground or train level to the hotel lobby. "

"AMAZING HOTEL! Very conveniently placed right next to the Kitahama line. Room was a lot wider than we expected and while the bed was super firm it was surprisingly huge (Deluxe Double) for my next trip i will stay here again!"
