"This is my third time at the Ritz. I must say that we were disappointed with a few things and they really need addressing. 1. The soda bed in the room is terrible. It’s like a hammock and it needs changing asap. My granddaughters slept in it and they are under age 10 and had difficulty getting comfortable so I tried it. "My son and I had a fantastic time even though it was only for a couple of nights. It was a dream trip for him at 19 years of age and the hotel was the cherry on top. I will certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family who want to be right in the middle of everything downtown. "

"Nice rooms great location for access to the convention center Rodger’s place Scotia bank place and the CN tower But noisy at night with the transit lines running through and the access to the parking is down a ski ramp so if you have a low car be prepared to scrape the grouns"
