"The hotel is in a nice location along the Harbourfront with restaurants and attractions nearby. We had a spacious studio room with a nice view of the lake. Check in was easy. Front desk, cleaning, and maintenance staff were friendly and efficient. We liked the floor-to-ceiling windows, except we were on the second floor and people walking outside could see directly into the room, so we kept the window shutters closed most of the time and the blinds down at night. "Great place to stay close to lots to do downtown Toronto. Hotel was nice and clean. Bathroom set up is not great with little counter space and bad lighting. Only 1 mirror in the whole place makes it hard for multiple people to get ready. Pull out couch was not comfortable at all! Mattress is very thin and does not stay in place, slides down into the couch while laying on it. Fine place for one night though "
