"This is my third time at the Ritz. I must say that we were disappointed with a few things and they really need addressing. 1. The soda bed in the room is terrible. It’s like a hammock and it needs changing asap. My granddaughters slept in it and they are under age 10 and had difficulty getting comfortable so I tried it. "Condo was not clean so I’m not sure why they charge for cleaning. The shower curtain was so dirty I didn’t want to shower with the curtain inside. The door to the laundry was broken along with the drying being so loud it seems like it’s also broken. The water was not working for 3 days due to repairs in the building. The dishwasher didn’t work. Dishes were dirty. The fire alarm went off 2 nights in a row at 3am. That being said I went down 60 flights of stairs and rally hurt my knees. Parking...
