I loved the location and the views. The unit was a great size as well. It felt like a home right away. I didnt like how things like some lights where out and some blinds where missing. I wish you had a place to hold luggage after we check out at 11.

When we checked in, there was poop in the toilet. The mirrors and glass were broken and the floor was broken. One of the closet doors was completely missing and the door to the washing machine was jammed so it couldn't be opened.

I think the best you can find for its price was the location in downtown toronto, very clean, very stylish and very nice apartment. Thank you very much for everything. I think people are looking for an excuse for bad comments. Everything is great. I was very worried after reading the comments but everything was perfect. my experience 10 / 10

Floor falling apart, safety hazard there I tripped many times. The bathrooms terrible they look like a horror film bathroom the tub was yuk, the bathroom door had a major damage they tried to hide it with paint. I think that they should invest a minimum to renovate the bathrooms and flooring. They keep harassing you for the safety deposit. The parking is 30$ a day. The personnel meet you outside the facility when you are in your car. Weird experience.

Fantastic location and great view. Vicky was wonderful for check-in. Apartment felt a bit run down (i.e. hole in wall, toilet paper roll falling down) but was very clean and spacious. Overall we were very impressed with our stay!
