"My husband and I stayed here for our first time visit to Tokyo and it was perfect. The airport limousine from Haneda happened to arrive right at the front door of the hotel which was really convenient. The location is super central and easy walking distance to explore the Shinjuku area and also to the train station. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect - spacious, modern and clean, with a super comfortable king bed. We stayed during the weekend and whilst Shinjuku was packed, there was no noise in the room at all at level 35. Couldn’t have asked for anything more - perfect! "

"This hotel has access to everything. Being slightly claustrophobic, I was given a room without a view, but I managed to slightly open the window so the cool air could come in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaner, I must say, during my stay, was amazing. The onsen was clean; however, they don’t provide towels—you have to bring one from your room. They also have laundry services, but you can do your own laundry as well, which I did. I will probably stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Tokyo."
