"Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

"My family and I stayed at this location at the end of October 2024. It was clean, spacious enough for 5 adults, and conveniently located near the train station. I'm not a train person but it's very easy in Japan with google maps, so this was a big bonus. Beds were soft, showers were excellent, toilets of course amazing, would stay again next time we come to Japan. "Our family of two adults and one child called this property home upon our arrival into Tokyo and couldn't have asked for a better location. It's easy walking distance to several subway stops, the Shibuya area, and a number of local coffee places, restaurants, and shops.
