"Great stay at the APA hotel. Check in during regular hours was seamless, quick. Rooms themselves are quite small but seems par for the course for Tokyo and also reasonable for the price. I stayed alone in a single unit and felt cramped at times. The breakfast is excellent and I had no problems getting a seat around 8 AM without a pre-reservation/signing up before hand though it does cost 200 yen more. It is about a 10-15 min walk from the closest subway station though which can be a pain when the weather is very cold as it was for us in January"

"They give us new towels every day, as well as the robe for the hot spa. Also daily toiletries. Its not too far from the main city. I love that they have the hot spa inside the building for guest to use. Lots of mom and pop restaurants in the surrounding area. Its about 10 mins taxi ride to the main city. "

"This is a good business hotel frequented by Japanese clientele for many years. While many foreign tourists have come to it in recent months, it caters far more to locals, and does that very well. It is a good JR property. Clean. Well managed, very professional. The area is decidedly not touristy, and that also has appeal to many. Anyway, transit in Tokyo is second to none; everything of need is 20 minutes away at most. All in all, an excellent hotel for the price point."
