"We were first given a room with railway outside. When I told them that I was a very light sleeper, they kindly changed our room. I was very grateful for that. Room was quite small. Cleanliness level could be improved. The container for tea/coffee sachets was very dusty. Previous customers’ hair or small pieces of rubbish could be seen here and there on the floor. No kettle in the room, but would be given one if you ask. A bottle of water is provided in the room for free, which was nice. There were also coffee and apples provided at the reception area, which I think was very kind and generous. Gleisdreieck station Is walking distance. A big pub was nearby. There are nice eating places five minutes’ walk from the hotel. "
