"This is the 2nd time staying at this hotel. Very good location for West Berlin whilst also a lovely walk to the East side. Hotel very clean, breakfast variety is very good, however, the ‘hot’ food selection was good but cold every morning (we had breakfast for 3 mornings). Not sure why as I’m sure it was all hot and fresh last year. "

"As you'd expect the Ritz was a lovely place to stay. We particularly liked the quiet rooms, the excellent bathrooms and the wonderfully comfortable beds. The food and drink is very expensive but we enjoyed the bar food in the Curtain Club on the whole. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful but numerous small errors occurred with food orders and the bill which we found surprising given the reputation of a hotel like this.
