Very clean. Convenient to transportation. Not a lot in the area but there a couple of Places for breakfast and an excellent Vietnamese restaurant nearby.

Only about a 10 minute walk from Hbf the location alone deserves 5 stars! The staff was also very kind and professional, and the property was new, nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

I didn’t like the neighborhood. It wasn’t safe. I abhor cement buildings. My room was slightly larger than a walk in closet. The bathroom was miniscule and barely functional.. The red plastic gnome statue glued to my ceiling right over the bed is inexcusable. Self serve bar…no thanks. No telephone in the room…safety hazard. Skinny dark hallways. This property sucks. How it got a 9.6 rating on Expedia is a mystery to me. It’s a solid “2” and that’s generous. Have them refund my money and maybe I won’t send a letter to their corporate office, if they even have one

This was a fantastic hotel, beautifully furnished and had everything we could have asked for. The restaurant was nice and free coffee / water was a nice touch. It was walkable to the main train station and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Absolutely 5 star worthy!

Great spot. Tiny room had just what was needed. Very helpful staff, walkable to so much including a great grocery right next door. Good tea coffee and water station. We really enjoyed our stay here and would return!!

Rooms are very small - very difficult navigating room even with just 2 people. Offer no clocks, kettle, fridge in room. Asked for ice at desk and was asked why we wanted it. Had to store our food in their fridge which was very inconvenient. Would not recommend if you plan to stay more than 1 night. Area wasn’t as close sites or stores/ restaurants.

I very nice hotel about 10-12 minutes walk from the main train station in a fairly unremarkable area. A couple shops next door which is useful and one top rated german kebab 'shop' close by (Oggi's). Breakfasts were good (very continental style), though they could do with having 'breakfast tea' available for us Brits! Only downside was it is about a further 10 minute walk from the central station to any sights, such as the Brandenburg Gate - so it isn't too convenient to "pop" back to during a stay as it is at least 20 minutes from any touristy area. Depends what you are after though.

Had a wonderful stay during my time in Berlin here! The staff was very friendly and it was a nice bonus that they spoke English. The little perks like free coffee (limited but reasonable hours) and water were very nice surprises and much appreciated to someone traveling to run a marathon! Didn’t get a chance to try their food but also very nice to have the option to eat and grab a drink on property. Was very close to train stations and a grocery store as well. Appreciated the efficient room with the trendy decor as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel or stay here again!

I was present for the marathon 2024. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main train station and 1 stop from the marathon site. I found it easy to do everything and easy to return. A plus for the first time visitor in Berlin
