"The property has very big potential, if receptionists were more friendly, They seem really fed up with guests requesting to check in earlier than 3;00 pm, which makes sense.. check-in at 3:00 pm should be banned! Especially when you ask guests to check out at 10:00 am! The reception was closed during the weekend so you cannot even leave the luggage. The room was clean and nice, equipped with everything needed. "
