"Great place to stay right in front of a U station. Groceries across the street, fast food, and nightlife near by. Easy to access the building, fast elevator, and quiet on the interior rooms. Only issues - the shower leaked, pooling onto the bathroom floor. Only two towels given for a one week stay. Overall very happy with the quality, location, and price. Will book again and bring my own towels. "

"Neat location, close to bunk and scooters renting. I wanted to changes the dates to reduce one day but they didn’t allow even tho I asked with weeks ahead. That was the only bad thing. "

"Apartment was very unclean. Soap dispensers empty and we couldn’t work out how to use them. Was very hot few days and the fan didn’t work so had to sleep with windows open which was awful as neighbouring apartments are so close there is no privacy and hard to get any sleep with so much constant noise and terrible smells from out the window made it a very unpleasant stay. Very overpriced for the condition and amenities - more like a private room in a noisy hostel than a “cosy” apartment....

"We loved this place so much, we didnt want to leave. It is such a beautiful location, with its own jetty for swimming and canoeing. The apartment is very comfortable, and well maintained. It feels very high end, and well thought out. It's only a 5-10 minute walk into town, with a Netto and Edeka supermarket. Great transport links in both directions too. The apartment is family friend, in a nice area of the city, safe and with a pleasant walkable distance to groceries, cafe shops, restaurants, and many attractions. The entrance to Kurfürstendamm underground station is just across the street. Also, easy communication with the property managers. Recommended."
