Really nice hotel, near Alexanderplatz station so easy to get to and for sightseeing Berlin. Great breakfast with almost everything you could want. We will be going back.

The hotel is near a lot of public transportation which makes exploring Berlin easy. The hotel itself was quiet and worked great for my solo trip. I would stay here again next time I’m in Berlin.

The hotel was conveniently placed for the Xmas markets and all historical locations. It was quiet, clean and the staff help full. The only faults were breakfast in the ground floor restaurant which was very busy and people were hovering for seats. The 2nd floor one was much more relaxed.

Nice and close to Alexanderplatz station, Hop on hop off buses, and easy to walk to the famous sights of Berlin. Its worth paying the extra for a view as you can relax in the evenings just watching the world go by. Breakfast was great, good range of hot and cold food and drinks. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Check in area was very nice. Various parts of the room were just a little sloppy. The door handle on the bathroom door was loose, and the glass tray for soap in the shower was tilted and about to fall off so it was unusable. Bed was firm and the pillows were very flat. Room also got warm at night with no way to adjust the temperature.
