Our experience was amazing. We had two rooms one for our teenage boys and one for us. The staff was overly accommodating as they gave us two rooms next to each other. The property is well maintained, centrally located, and within walking distance to the Brandenburg gate.

The doorman greets you saying “welcome home,” and it is so true. Warm, wonderful people; beautiful, clean rooms; cozy comfortable bed; delicious, delectable food and drink. Perfect place to visit for the Berlin Marathon or any excuse.

The property is under staffed in the evenings. We arrived after 11 pm the day we checked in as we had traveled all day from another country. There was only one person at the front desk and no door men to help with luggage. Other than that it was very good

Quick check in, staff were very professional. The pool in the spa was quite small but still a nice area to relax in the sauna and steam room. The bar area was first class with service to suit. Would definitely recommend.
