"As you'd expect the Ritz was a lovely place to stay. We particularly liked the quiet rooms, the excellent bathrooms and the wonderfully comfortable beds. The food and drink is very expensive but we enjoyed the bar food in the Curtain Club on the whole. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful but numerous small errors occurred with food orders and the bill which we found surprising given the reputation of a hotel like this. "Excellent hotel very close to the zoo, aquarium and Europa centre. Interesting decor throughout the hotel halps it stand out from the other hotels. Great breakfast with a great range of well prepared and well presented food."
