"Lovely room for the price we paid, we stayed for a few days over from Northern Ireland to see family. The staff were very accommodating and always checked to see if we needed room service. We ordered from the restaurant downstairs a they brought it up for us. The staff over all where lovely and we would stay again."

After numerous attempts to find out how to get access to the property (phone calls/voicemail/messages/what's app) I had to check my family (Me, my Wife my 4 year old and 6 year old) into a hotel at 8pm. When I finally got a response to my messages my children were asleep in the hotel room. The person who contacted me still failed to provide any method of me accessing the property. I finally received information on how to access the property the following morning at 7am. The person who contacted me was totally unapologetic and unhelpful. They said they could not cancel/refund me for the stay which I was unable to use. I now have no choice but to ask my credit card company to recover the costs for me. "

"Booking in process complicated/ directions around the park were poor. Lodge was lovely inside but parking was difficult. Overall not as expected, left after 1 night."

"This property is very run down and dangerous Inside of the property were people who were clearly there because they were homeless and had no where else to go . Above the toilet is the houses combi boiler which is dangerous. No television in the room, building work going on inside of the property and the WiFi code that does not work . So to summarise this really isn’t accommodation for people wanting travel accommodation but a place where homeless people are given temporary accommodation. I checked out early because of the danger and into a tolerant, LGBT and disabled friendly pub and hotel complex nearby at extra cost to myself to be safe "
