"I booked this room for my husband and daughter and they said it was clean, comfortable and the staff was kind and welcoming. Parking in the garage was only $35 and the location was accessible to restaurants and the city. He said the beds were comfy (think Hampton Inn beds) but on the soft side. They slept very well! He said they would stay again. "

"All everyone told me about staying in SF is how loud any hotel I stay in is going to be. Well I was a bit nervous but this place blew me away, it was a 10 out of 10 on the quiet scale. You couldn’t hear any street noise or noise from other guests for that matter. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. Room was way larger than I expected too and they actually had water pressure in the shower. I would absolutley stay here again!"

"We came earlier than our expected check in and they attended to us immediately. I stayed at the hotel with one other friend. We originally had a queen room but they upgraded us for free when we arrived. The staff was very kind and accommodating, they provided us with the extra items we needed such as an iron immediately. The free breakfast was nice, we went in early April and they had donuts, yogurt, and fruits. The area is a short distance from Union station so it was very easy to navigate the public transport. It does get a little shady at night and the walls are on the thinner side so it would be wise to ask for a room on the upper floors. It does get loud at night because of the activity on the street but thats San Francisco. Overall a very great stay!"
