"Very Nice with a huge lobby"

"Wonderful location in middle of union square. Can walk everywhere. Note: quite a few homeless in the area but no issues. Hotel was friendly, helpful and we encountered some initial problems with our room (heat and drain) but they quickly fixed by moving us to an equal room. The spa floor is beautiful. The valet and security are terrific and so friendly. Rooms are roomy and comfortable. Very nice stay. Note- they do a vacation resort sales pitch at checkin but not pushy if you aren’t...

"The Hotel is grand as compared to any around the SF downtown area which charge more than the Canterbury Wyndham. The location, interior of the rooms and facilities of the kitchen were excellent. Will book again when in the area."

"Pretty decent little spot, modest and clean. Only part I didn’t take into account was booking a room with a desk, which my room did not have. Plus side the room had a ceiling fan which you don’t find in more modern hotels. Friendly staff. "
