"Love this place. Super convenient location. Comfortable, staff are really friendly and accommodating. Nice gym, great 6am coffee in the lobby. The key cards are a little annoying as they frequently get deactivated by proximity to electronics. The neighborhood street noise is a little annoying but I was able to tune out with earplugs. Overall nice design, feels elegant and modern for an older building, and a great price to be in downtown SF. "

"Had a good stay at the Zeppelin. All the reviews citing that the area is unsafe were unfounded. There are lots of homeless people in downtown San Francisco but they don’t pose a risk. Like another city in North America that’s priced out people, you just have to be aware of your surroundings as you get up and about. "
