"This is the second time we have stayed at Serendipity and third time on the property. Wonderful as always. Hosts are very accomodating which is why we keep coming back. You will not be disappointed. Kitchen had everything we needed for a home cooked meal. "

"The only negative I have to say is upon arrival at 230ish we were trying to access the elevator for the fourth floor and a staff member occupied the elevator that opened. She had two carts full of bed linen. The issue we had was she appeared to be hanging out in the elevator listening to music on her phone. The probably we had was that each time we pressed the button for the elevator her door would open preventing us to access an unoccupied elevator to acces our floor. We eventually crammed into...
