"Great staff! Had a little medical emergency and needed to stay a little longer after a late check out time and they accommodated. I also heard the lady downstairs at the desk on the phone dealing with a very rude customer and she dealt with it so eloquently and professional. It made me want to apt for his behavior. "The room I reserved was given away, so we were given a room with only one bed and pull-out couch (not very comfortable). Not sure why, if I reserved the room and paid for it, it was given to someone else — but too exhausted on arrival to argue. A good place otherwise. Just a little irritating about the room. "
