Our room was dirty and phone didn’t work and when we Spoke with front fest they said they would get it clean and never did but ended up switching us to the other hotel which was way better

Great area just outside of Charleston & excellent grounds BUT the TV has no apps, a grainy screen, and limited channels. Also, the there all kinds of people smoking who knows what, and front desk couldn't care less about our concerns. We'll be sticking with Marriott from now on.

The staff is professional friendly and the drivers for the shuttle to downtown Charleston was full of knowledge and recommended some favorite spots to view and eateries. Our hotel room was very comfortable, clean, comfortable bed, fluffy pillows, and clean linen, we had a beautiful view of the harbor. The only reason we didn’t guve them all 5 stars was, not have a complementary breakfast or a restaurant on site and the pool and spa was under construction. But they did offer the use of the Beach House which was next property over. We will stay there again.

It was obvious this property is undergoing some renovations during their "off-season". Only one elevator bank working, pool being resurfaced, no fan in bathroom, only basic cable, dated fixtures/furnitures but still nice. Staff was great! And the views from our room were amazing! We were lucky enough to be there on a weekend where there was an oyster roast with live music!

Ok where to begin? I arrived the property at 4:15 pm and was told that I could get the room another night, but yeah, another night 200 dollars more and they could have put me in the room when I asked about it. I did not think about until I saw the attachment I am sending you and I called the front desk at 12 am and ask if I could move to my main room instead of having me move after I figured out, I got double charged and ended up pay 800 dollars and I am not happy. I DO NOT LIE
