"I was a bit nervous about this place based on the mixed reviews I had read. The photos on the site made the property look better than in real life. The hotel itself is run down and in need of some updates. The room was fine and bed was comfortable however the supplies white towels looked old and grey. The staff were very sweet and helpful. "Very good location to old quarter. Our bedroom was small, but clean and comfortable. We would stay again. Breakfast was great. The staff was top notch. Smooth and informative check in process, quick guides and recommendations for restaurants around Hanoi. The best was we mentioned we had an early morning departure and they packed a lunch for us to send us off. The staff was all so sweet. Especially My.
