"The hotel is fine, it's a place to crash. Nothing special. However, Erica who works the front desk in the evenings is super cheerful and very helpful. My room AC was out. I called down and she was up to check in less than 10 minutes, very happy to help, already with another room prepared for me. I was changed to a new room with A/c less than 15 minutes after my call. She did ask that with a smile "

"When I booked the property it stated available parking. Meaning $39.00 a day hotel parking or public parking for $16.00 a day. The hotel was clean and the ambience was amazing. As far as safety goes we felt safe. There was always someone in the lobby and you needed a key for the elevator. Our room was super clean and comfortable. I did have to call in a refrigerator for it was not working. The shower head was also not working. "

"Our trip was fine. It was great that they offer breakfast AND dinner as part of your stay. If you're an adult you get 3 free adult beverages. The staff was teriffic and they did a great job explaining their amenities and the schedule of the dining services. The room was clean. The toilet kept running and wouldnt flush so we did have to open the toilet tank lid a few times to get the toilet to work. LOL. I only mention this so maintenance can work on it as I forgot to bring it up when i checked...
