"I was comfortable for my one night stay. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. Front desk clerk was very nice. I will stay there on my next lung center visit"

"Stayed here many times before. This time the front desk clerk was rude and I told her I didn't appreciate it. The tv and phone didn't work, maintenance never showed,bugs and clump of dark hair in the bathroom (We both have white hair), pool not open, and ice machine didn't work. Won't be staying here again. I heard it's under new management and it's a shame."

"The facility was being remodeled and ours was one of the last rooms waiting to be remodeled. The hotel was nearly empty at this point. Everything was a mess throughout the property. One night the fire alarm went off just as we were falling asleep. It turns out it was set off because of dust on the top floor. We waited outside for half an hour until the alarm was shut off. There was no hairdryer in the room so had to ask for one at the front desk. "

"This was a well appointed house and yard. There were a few issues that caused me to lower the score. The bed slats were broken causing a very saggy bed and made sleep impossible in the primary bedroom. There were no hairdryers, if they weren’t provided a heads up would have been appreciated. The TV in the den was impossible to turn on, perhaps instructions would have helped. Finally, although Monday of the property, the neighbors were very grumpy!
