Find Hotel with a Concierge in Tempe, AZ

"Almost everything was great- the staff was incredible, the room was very nice and well appointed. The only downside was the parking- we were told there was parking, but find out that the lot is shared with paid parking and it was a busy event weekend. Then we were told the valet was free, “but we work on tips”. So free, but definitely felt obligated to tip. We would have anyway, and we did, but is it free or does it come with a side of guilt?"

"We drove in from Cali for a funeral and they made accommodations for us to be able to check in at noon instead of three which is the normal check in time . Very nice rooms. Great breakfast also. "

"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "
