"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "

"Very convenient for the airport! The shuttle was so nice! Good check in. Breakfast ok. Cold eggs...our room was very nice bit there wasn't any body soap in the shower dispenser. The curtains were hanging off the hooks which looked tacky."

"The room was clean. But the light outside the hotel was so bright that it kept the room quite lit at night, despite closing the curtains. I like my room dark when I sleep. Also, the air conditioning was quite loud and would wake us up whenever it would start up. The complimentary breakfast was good but on our second morning, the breakfast lady did not show up so we didn't get breakfast. We had to pay to get something elsewhere so a discount on the room price would have been nice but they did not...
