"Our stay was. I’ve with the exception we did not have our room cleaned, we called the front desk and were told sometimes the cleaning staff skips rooms. We asked for additional coffee and towels, we tipped the guy that brought them to our room he did not even say thank you. I think some additional training is needed, we paid $700 for two nights, the service could use some polishing."
