"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "

"I've stayed here more than once. Employees are always awesome. The buliding and rooms are clean. Breakfast buffet is not bad. Last time my room had a good mattress, this time it was not good. Luck of the draw i guess with any hotel. "
