"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "

"It’s a convenient location next to a big shopping mall. The receptionist tried to find a room for me which I requested . I appreciate her for doing that! The room was a really nice , clean and cozy. We enjoyed staying in the room. The only problem was the bathroom , low shower pressure… They have a variety of breakfast."

"Overall the stay was good. Have stayed here several times before. This time however, we were in an "adjoining room" that had a very load person in the "adjoining room. Had their TV volume extremely high late into the night, was coughing and loudly clearing their throat at all hours of the night. People were also loud at the pool, which was in front of the window, after 10 pm.l"

"The room was clean. But the light outside the hotel was so bright that it kept the room quite lit at night, despite closing the curtains. I like my room dark when I sleep. Also, the air conditioning was quite loud and would wake us up whenever it would start up. The complimentary breakfast was good but on our second morning, the breakfast lady did not show up so we didn't get breakfast. We had to pay to get something elsewhere so a discount on the room price would have been nice but they did not...
