"Property was good but I did not have any towels in the room. Empty tissue box and tv was not connected to wall socket. When connecting to socket, socket panel fell off(was not screwed on). Pool also did not have any towels and when there was, there was only small ones. One side of pool bar handle removed and small steel bar still left and became a hazard for kids. Kids were almost injured. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. I forgot my ice pack in freezer and wasn’t able to return for it....

"There for less than 24 hours, but it was long enough to know this was a special place. Room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, food was delicious between the complementary breakfast and the onsite restaurant, pool/lounge area was exceptional. By far the best part, though, was the staff. Everyone seemed genuinely concerned with making sure our stay was wonderful - and they succeeded. We will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone visiting the Phoenix/Tempe area!"

"The room fit our needs but was run down, definitely needs some up keep. There were missing light bulbs, our door handle was falling off the bedroom, the a/c filter was so black you could see it without removing the cover, pet damage on every door and dresser. The property was beautiful but outside of the hotel property was not so safe."
