"Lovely hotel, very clean and staff Lovely. Used the spa which was nice but noticed the ice room needs some TLC (Mosiac tiles everywhere) and the seating in one sauna was broke. Food was high quality and tasty. Pillows were so comfy and the room had high end ELEMIS Toiletries. Overall a great stay. "

"Excellent food. Fabulous service from reception, bar and restaurant. Beautiful location with amazing views. Friendly hospitable staff. Plenty of parking. Room was comfortable and spacious. It’s an old building with the related issues (you’d creak a bit if you were that old!). The breakfast buffet was limited however the cooked breakfast food more than made up for this. The evening meals were outstanding. We were part of a group of 6 and none of us were disappointed with the choice or quality. "

Excellent stay at the Double Tree

"A truly excellent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Airport. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality with their friendly, helpful demeanor. The signature warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in was a delightful touch – and the reception staff even treated me to an extra one! The room was immaculately presented and of high quality, perfect for my overnight business stay. The hotel's restaurant deserves special mention, serving food that exceeded my expectations in both quality and presentation. While my stay was brief, the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout. The convenient airport location combined with such outstanding service makes this DoubleTree an excellent choice for business travelers.
