"Warm welcome and offers of help with the luggage Smooth quick and friendly check in and shown to our room. Nice touch! Room was spacious clean and had everything we needed. "Over night stay. Room overlooking canal was a bonus. Clean room. Access to spa although small and lacked places to sit and relax there so didn’t stay long . Breakfast was included and good choice of hot and cold buffet, "

"Clean enough for what you pay in your room however lifts turn of after a certain time and when you come back in at 2am to walk upto the 5th floor in heels is a struggle. Staff all lovely "

Very nice hotel and will stay there again

"First time we have stayed at this hotel, after a recommendation from our son’s partners parents and was very happy with the stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and interaction with them seemed like no trouble. The room itself was very comfortable and had everything you could have hoped for in a mid priced hotel room, with the bed very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and new feeling. There was tea and coffee making facilities and some complimentary cans of still water and also a fridge, if you needed it. We had the breakfast and there was a great choice of hot and cold buffet food and all regularly topped up so wasn’t waiting too long for anything. Great view from the 13th floor too as could see Anfield and I’m a massive Liverpool fan!! Overall a very pleasant stay, which is great as I am back there next weekend!!"
