"Rooms very lovely and spacious and very clean although misleading about the canal view. Room service was quite reasonable for breakfast and tasty. Swimming pool, sauna etc.. was very nice and staff member was very helpful and friendly at the spa reception, lovely to have the robes and towels provided. Everything was walkable with everything on our doorstep. Lobby and bar area are quite stunning and lovely to relax in. We felt very safe and any questions we had were answered in a professional manner. "

Special mention to Faris who was in the dining team. He was very polite and looked after us well. Richelee in breakfast team was also excellent. She served us gluten free options and was very helpful. "
