The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. When the original bus broke down, arrangements were swiftly made for an alternate ride, and we even received coupons for drinks at the restaurant. The communication was seamless, with updates on our ride's arrival time - and they even arrived earlier than expected! Having stayed here twice, I can confidently say it's my go-to resort, and I'd highly recommend it to friends and family. "

"Great beach location probably best location of a resort for snorkeling around because is close to the reefs and if you are farther down beach the resorts are not as nice and you have lots of water taxis and jet ski traffic etc. could use less people asking you to buy things and asking if you need a ride to west end. That gets a bit bothersome when all you want to do is go for a walk down the beach. It is incessant.and that’s my only gripe at all."

"David’s condo was absolutely perfect for our stay in Roatán! It’s in a prime location on the property—just a short walk to the beach, but set back enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the music at the Palapa Bar. We loved how easy it was to access the beach and how clean and well-maintained the pool and beach area were every day.Check-in at the front desk was a breeze, and even though we arrived early, we were able to relax down by the beach and enjoy the Palapa Bar while we waited. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.We did have a small issue with the balcony slider door, but it was completely replaced within hours—amazing service! The condo itself was much more spacious than it appears in the photos, with plenty of room for our whole family. We especially appreciated the balconies and well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed. David was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.We explored West Bay and enjoyed meals at the Infinity Bay Palapa Bar and Kristi’s Island Kitchen, both just a short walk away. JavaVine was a great spot for breakfast sandwiches, and we took water taxis to West End to try Sandy Buns—hands down the BEST BBQ brisket and cinnamon rolls!Some of our family went diving with Infinity Bay Divers, which was super convenient since they’re right on-site.We truly found this condo to be perfect and hope to return next year!"
