"This treehouse overlooking the pool is exactly what our family needed for a vacation. We were originally staying at a friend’s property that had a a water main break, so we needed to move to something quickly while we were on vacation. Carson responded quickly with directions and accommodations. Vanessa the property manager stopped by to make sure everything was working, and responded immediately to some minor requests (our upstairs AC was showing an error and we had no trash bags, she had both fixed right away!) The property is so close to the pool which the family loved, and the neighborhood was quiet and close to some great scuba/snorkeling. The kitchen is well stocked and the rooms were large with crispy clean linens. What could have been a difficult vacation turned into a great surprise! "

"It was exactly as photogenic as the pictures show. The place was quiet and comfy. The property manager was amazing. Conrad you will have a visitor for a long time. Will always go back to Sandy Bay. Thank you for all the hospitality. "

"We had great communication with the host before we even arrived. The property has everything you could need including bug spray, plenty of towels, and a nicely stocked kitchen. We loved sitting in the sun room for breakfast. We cooked dinner in the outdoor kitchen which was incredible and a definite bucket list item. The outdoor shower was fun and different with hot water!! Not only properties in the area have hot water. We used the pool, paddle boards, and fire pit. Chris (who maintains.the property) was kind and helpful. The security at night was friendly. AND most important we could contact our host at anytime with information or answers. Still can't believe we visited paradise. Loved every moment. "

"We had a great time in roatan, we had a little trouble finding our house for the week but I found the grounds keeping who called Vanessa the property manager and had him show me the way, then she came about an hour later to make sure we got in ok and give us more water since she was leaving out of town for the weekend, we exchanged Facebooks in case we needed to get a hold of her and sure enough I couldn't find the broom and dust also we needed life vest,she was able to tell me where to find all cleaning tools and had her husband drop off the life vest the next morning, the grounds keepers kept the beach and surrounding area clean and beautiful, and Angel the night security guard we had was wonderful to talk to he brought our girls fruits to try and showed them fish he caught off the dock, we felt safe and comfortable there and can't wait to go again, we'll definitely rent from Conrad again he was helpful and responded quickly. Thank you again for the wonderful stay at your beautiful beach home next we will want to still at least 2 weeks "

"Spacious home with all we needed for a great stay. The location on the beach is perfect. Deck & screen porch with beautiful views & gas grill (useful in power outage). Plenty of room for 7 adults. Beds were comfortable. The entire house is up a flight of stairs from the garage if mobility is an issue. The living room was generous w/plenty of couch space. The beach extras were nice especially the 2 kayaks which were great for snorkeling at the reef (some of us paddled and some swam - we could switch if someone wanted a break.) There were floaties, snorkel safety floats, life jackets, and a random assortment of snorkel gear. The garage was a great spot to drop all of our beach gear and put towels/swimsuits in the laundry. Well appointed kitchen w/air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, baking sheets, pots and pans, spices/olive oil, etc. We paid for 5 gallon jugs of water ($1.25 each) which Vanessa supplied. Vanessa (prop host) was great with communication and came over during power outage to deliver flash lights and batteries. Reef and Pier - our favorite spot. It was like a private dock, rare to have anyone else out there. The shady spot to read in between time in the water was great! Some of our favorite snorkeling on the entire island was just out to the right from our pier. Blue Island Diving - just steps down the beach. They were great! Be sure to have Miss Deborah cook for you. We had baleadas one night (enough left for lunch) and enchiladas another. So delicious!"

"We loved our stay. We wanted to be outside of the West Bay/West End chaos but close enough if we wanted to visit - and this location was ideal. We could go grocery shopping in Coxen Hole 10 minutes away and West End 15 minutes away. Having a home literally on the beach was such a delight. The home and furnishings were in great condition. When there were issues, the property manager promptly provided a solution. The reef was close enough to reach with a vigorous swim to go snorkeling, and a quick walk to Blue Island Divers to go snorkeling or scuba off a boat. The dock was great for a quick swim, snorkel, and enjoying the breeze. The one thing that caught us by surprise was a home being constructed next door. At least the porch setup provided full privacy from the builders, but noise from angle grinders cutting rebar or dust from cutting concrete was a nuisance that often chased us indoors. I imagine the building will continue for some time, and the level of noise/dust may vary considerably depending on the stage of construction. It was unfortunate that another home we wanted to rent the owner specifically informed us about construction next door and we declined to rent that home. Overall, we loved our stay and would choose this property again."

"We had the best time staying in what feels like a tropical treehouse :) Clean, comfortable, and a short walk down the path to the bay…this was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals, the WiFi worked great, and the beds were comfortable. I also feel like I need to say that the towels were so fluffy and soft! The snorkeling in the bay is awesome (we rented kyacks and paddled out to the reef) and it’s just a short 15 min drive into West End for restaurants and shops. We will hopefully be returning to Roatan and would love to rent this again."
